We had a longer wait to get rooftop seats. We each had 2 different salmon dishes both were the best ever. The view was spectacular overlooking the great Miami River but we had the best seats.

The food was good. Rather surprised that no bread was served with my pasta dish. The table top was sticky. I asked the waitress to clean it. She did, anf it was still sticky. I asked her to report this you her manager. She said we could move to another table... just as sticky.

A great place to visit while in Hamilton Oh and worth a drive if nearby. Just about everything is or can be gluten free. We enjoyed the Fish and Chips. Perfectly cooked and crisp. Also had the Mac and cheese as well as French Fries. Mac and Cheese had a touch of a kick, and was well seasoned. French Fries were crisp and well seasoned as well. Definitely worth the visit.

I finally was able to talk my husband into trying Fretboard this past Saturday. I had been several times and enjoyed the food and service. We were seated right away and waitress came to take our order. We ordered 2 diet cokes and were brought them right away. My husband finished his drink before waitress came back to take our order. Everything is good until this point. The waitress didn't fill his glass and even looked at it several times. The waitress didn't offer to fill up his cup or ask if we wanted something else. My husband is a patient man but felt completely ignored after this. The waitress kept walking past us and talking to other tables and the hostess. The food came out and we had no utensils or napkins, plus our drinks were still empty. We finally got up and left because we had no way to eat our food. Now we are huge tippers and felt that our waitress didn't want to work that evening.

Iβm a sucker for good bar food and beer. This food is from a scratch kitchen so itβs simple good ingredients with a twist of great flavor. I absolutely love the layout. It feels open and spacious with tall ceilings and the brick make it feel cozy. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Iβll be back :) π We did split the burger just for reference.
